I stopped by the drive-thru late after work, and based on how everything went, I’d definitely go back. The line moved faster than I expected, my burger came out hot, the fries tasted fresh, and the shake was made right. The guy at the window was friendly too, which always makes the stop feel better. Overall, it was just an easy, good experience with no complaints

I ordered from steaknshake.com last week, the fries were the highlight of the whole meal. When they showed up, they were still hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of salt. I was a little worried they’d get soggy during delivery, but they didn’t at all. It’s such a simple thing, but good fries really do make the meal better. Easy 5 stars from me.

Grabbed a burger from Steak n Shake it was ridiculously tasty. Super juicy, had great flavor, and wasn’t dry at all. I’d definitely get it again.

Stopped into Steak ‘n Shake, kind of in a hurry, kind of just hungry. I used the self-service kiosk instead of ordering at the counter, and it was really easy. Tapped around for a minute, found my burger, changed a couple things on it. No pressure, no one waiting on me to decide.

Order came out right, which is always the main thing. The receipt had the order number, so I could keep an eye on it without guessing. Simple experience. Faster than I expected. Yeah, I’d definitely use the kiosk again

Went in last night and it was just a nice, chill place to sit and eat. The booth was clean, the music wasn’t too loud, and the whole vibe had this cozy, calm feel to it. I really liked that.

Picked up my Steak n Shake order today and, i was half expecting something to be off, but no, everything was right. The burgers had the toppings I asked for, the fries were in the bag, and the drinks were correct too. It was a simple order, so I guess I shouldn’t be that impressed, but still, nothing was missing and I really appreciated that...

I like going to Steak 'n Shake because there’s usually something for everyone. The menu has about everything we’re in the mood for, burgers, melts, fries, shakes, and different toppings so I’m not stuck ordering the same thing every time. My kids can always find something they like too. It’s an easy spot when everyone’s sitting around trying to decide what to eat.

To be fair, the order was packed really well. The bag was sealed properly, the fries were still warm when they got here, and nothing spilled, which I definitely appreciate.

I’m always a little worried places will look cozy online and then be totally different in person, but the booths here were actually really soft. I could sit there for a while without getting uncomfortable. No complaints from me.

I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but every location feels like a completely different place. One will have the hours posted and everything looks fine, then the next one is randomly closed or out of half the menu. The food and service are all over the place too, so it’s kind of hard to trust the website or plan a quick stop without wondering what you’re walking into.

I’ve checked steaknshake.com a couple times before heading out late, and the hours have been right every time. There’s nothing worse than driving over and finding the place closed, so I really appreciate that. The site is simple to use and it’s saved me from a wasted trip more than once, tbh.

I used a coupon from steaknshake.com and it did end up working, but the cashier had to scan it twice before it went through. I was already feeling mentally drained, so the extra wait felt longer than it probably was. I saved a few bucks, which was nice, and the food was fine overall. Not a bad visit, just not the smoothest one

Ordered on the site for pickup and it was super simple, no dumb hassle or anything. Got there and my food was already ready, so I wasn’t standing around like an idiot. Fries were still hot too, which was a nice win.

I had the double steakburger and fries last night, i don’t care what anyone says, it was better than I expected. I also got a shake, and it was thick and tasted like real ice cream, not some watered-down thing. Yeah, it’s simple food, but it hit the spot. I’d definitely order it again...

When we went, the tables, floor, and bathroom were all clean, which shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but at some places it does. It was nice to eat there without dealing with sticky messes or weird smells.

I do like Steak n Shake, and the website is easy to check before heading over. But I’m sure this has happened to me a few times now where the menu showed something I wanted, and then the store didn’t actually have it. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s kind of frustrating once you’ve already decided what you’re ordering.

The burgers and shakes are still solid enough, at least in my experience. I just wish the availability was a little more accurate, because that would make the whole thing feel smoother. Overall, not bad, but probably just average for me.
